EXPORT BUSINESS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE Complete La Femme®

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA - July 19, 2001 - Baywood International, Inc. (OTC BB: BYWD) announced the addition of its Complete La Femme® product into Turkey with a population of over 55 million people. Baywood's distributor in Istanbul is an established marketer of pharmaceuticals and dietary products using sales representatives to sell directly to pharmacies and doctors' offices. The distributor reaches over 18,000 pharmacies in Turkey alone. Baywood's distributor launched its patented anti-snore product, Dr. Harris' Original Snore Formula™, in the middle of 2000 and has now added Allbres™, a Complete La Femme® product, to its channels.

"These are two products that have contributed significantly toward our ability to open up distribution channels in the U.S. market. Given the market potential of these product in the U.S., their potential appeal internationally is also significant," stated Karl H. Rullich, Vice-President of International Sales for Baywood.
